The Philadelphia Eagles are shorthanded as they attempt to secure their first win of the season. Carson Wentz and company take on the San Francisco 49ers without the services of DeSean Jackson, Alshon Jeffery, Jalen Reagor, and Dallas Goedert, among others, as they look to snap out of a three-game season-opening winless streak and get their season back on line.
The Niners remain beset by injuries as well, but at least the continued absences of Jimmy Garoppolo, Raheem Mostert, Tevin Coleman, and five defensive starters are offset by the returns of George Kittle and Deebo Samuel, the latter of whom is making his first appearance of the season. San Francisco is looking to keep pace in the hellacious NFC West race, where every team was above .500 heading into Week 4 and where the MVP favorite currently resides.
